It came about because so many of our prospective customers want to be able to see and touch a tablet PC before they spend serious money on one. Since our tablet PC demo program is so popular, we appreciate your patience during times when all units are out.

THE DEMO/RENTAL PROGRAM IS VERY POPULAR. PLEASE DON'T EXPECT THE UNIT TO SHIP OUT THE DAY AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR FAX - IT MAY BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE BUT ALSO COULD BE 2-3 WEEKS FOR OUR MORE POPULAR TABLETS. Our Tablet demo/rental program has the following requirements of participants:
- Sign the Tablet demo/rental program lease agreement
- Provide credit card information in case unit is lost, stolen or damaged (credit card will not be charged except as stated in agreement)
- Pay for shipping and insurance charges in both directions (usually $66-$99 depending on your distance from Philadelphia, PA.

Tablet PC demo program Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I extend the demo past 48 hours?
A: Normally, the only way to extend the demo time is to pay for faster shipping. The standard shipping is FedEx 2-day each way. If you agree to pay for overnight delivery (thereby reducing the shipping time by one day each way), you can extend the demo time up to 4 days.
If you need to evaluate the tablet PC for a longer period, we offer a long-term demo/rental program. The cost is $340/month or $180 for two weeks, plus the cost of shipping. Call us at 877-772-5587, ext.1 for more information or just go ahead and download the agreement.
Q: Can I get two units at the same time?
A: No. You can get one after another but not two at once.
Q: What hardware comes with the tablet PC?
A: Generally just the power cord. If you require a CD-ROM to go with a tablet that doesn't have a CD drive, let us know and we can include one.
Q: What software comes with the tablet PC?
A: Most come loaded with Windows Vista and others have the Windows XP Tablet operating system. Microsoft Office 2007 is loaded on most of our demonstration units.
Q: Can I try my own software on the tablet?
A: Yes! Feel free to load any software you want on the tablet. If you want to guarantee it is deleted, do so before returning the unit. Generally we reimage the units before their next trip, but we cannot promise this will be done.
Q: If I like the unit can I buy the one from the demo?
A: Usually not. We do sell our demo units every 3-6 months but usually you'll know that a unit is available when it is sent out to you.
Q: Do you sell tablets or should I purchase from the manufacturer?
