Return Policy (aka Happiness Guarantee)
Our favorite policy states that Allegiance Technology understands that you are making a significant investment and need the peace of mind that comes with a return policy.
Instead of a long policy with a lot of restrictions, we came up with our “Happiness Guarantee”. You have four days (not business days) to decide if the purchase is everything you expected it to be. If you are not happy, simply return the entire order in “new” condition and in the original packaging materials.
Call us for an RMA # within four days and when the returned order is received, we will refund the entire amount, less shipping charges. Orders that are damaged or are missing any part of the original packaging material will be subject to a 10% restocking fee unless the damage or value of missing components exceeds 10% of the order total.
The only exception is for special order products that have a no return policy. This will be clearly stated on both the quote an invoice before you are charged for the purchase.
Technical Support Policy:
Allegiance Technology provides free, toll-free technical support for any tablet PC purchased from our company for as long as you own the product. Technical support is for solving problems that arise because of defects in the product. Training on the hardware and software is available for free via the tutorials and manuals loaded on the tablet or available at the manufacturer’s website and is not included in the technical support guarantee.
