Allegiance Technology’s support policy is simple: Buy a tablet PC from us and receive toll free technical support for as long as you own your tablet PC. Our trained technical staff (and all our employees) use tablet PCs for their work every day. We have all the newest models in the office and some discontinued ones as well. This enables us to support a wide variety of manufacturers. We keep the older models because some clients have been customers for over three years and we need to be able to give them the service they deserve when they call with a problem.
In our opinion, support is part of sales. If we don’t provide excellent customer support, our clients aren’t going recommend us to people they know both inside and outside of their organizations. Because we do offer this high level of service, more than 80% of our new business comes from referrals by existing clients.
Training
Training is the hidden cost of adopting new technology. While tablet PCs truly are easy to use, there is a learning curve with any new product and tablet PCs are subject to this as well. There are tutorials and manuals loaded on each tablet PC to help new users get started with minimal training time required. ALLTP also sends out our monthly newsletter that is full of tips and tricks that will make your pen computing experience even more enjoyable.
Allegiance Technology also offers training in specific tablet PC software such as Microsoft OneNote. Our most popular training offering, Microsoft OneNote training is an instructor led, online training that guides you through the basics of using OneNote for organizing your thoughts and note taking.
ALLTP also offers customized training for clients who want education in basic use of tablets, advanced tips and tricks and for specialized software packages like ActiveInk or Field2Base.
