Mi-Forms Solutions

Mi-Forms Software System enables flexible forms (e-forms or electronic forms) deployment and the capture, handwriting conversion, verification and communication of forms based data for users. The software combines industry-leading handwriting recognition, natural user interface, and unified support for digital pens and Tablet PC's to create the easiest way for a mobile user to collect data using their own handwriting. Mi-Forms will convert handwriting into machine readable text as you write, and can also capture images, drawings, and diagrams which can be altered once they have been captured. Data can then be sent from the Mi-Forms Client to the centralized Mi-Forms server. The server allows the company to control the flow of data, manage accounts, and deliver new forms to the users. 

Functionality

A Mi-Forms form is an electronic representation of a printed form with definitions for behavior of the form during data capture. This allows users to easily create and convert custom forms into the system with built in business rules greatly increasing the accuracy of the data. Mi-Forms also have a verification mode which allows a user to quickly scan the data to ensure all business rules have been followed and that the quality of data meets the organization's high standards. After scanning the data, Mi-Forms can automatically send the data to backend databases and systems.
